The winners for this week’s BF are Metive and Julien.

Your sweets will be waiting for you at Joe (9 E 13th St) tomorrow. Congratulations!

Thanks everyone for writing in your favorite NYC chefs!

I will be on vacation next week but we’ll resume Baking Fridays the following week.

Have a good weekend!

Click on “comment” below to submit an answer by 3pm today and you will automatically be entered into the drawing to win the baked goods of the day.

Pick up your winnings at award-winning coffee shop, Joe, at 9 East 13th Street tomorrow, Saturday, and enjoy a beverage of your choice. Winners will be contacted via email.

This week, Quality Meats executive pastry chef Cory Colton is contributing two delicious tarts — one of my cravings at QM! Two winners have the chance to win one tart each.

Check out all the yummy looking tarts and pies at Quality Meats!

Floyd Cardoz of Tabla, is the best chef in the city; he’s so inventive and isn’t afraid to take risks. Which doesn’t mean that sometimes his food flops, but that he puts himself and his ideas out there for some really ingenious pairings.

Wesley Genovart at Degustation has to be my current favorite. Not only is the food delicious and ridiculously reasonably priced, but he’s back there at the plancha, he let us pick our own tasting menu, and chatted pleasantly with everyone in the place while churning out gorgeous small plates.

How about Peter Hoffman at Savoy!
