The theme of this episode is to identify a U.S. candidate to compete in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or Competition in 2011. This Top Chef Vegas episode features the Bocuse d’Or USA officials Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller and Jerome Bocuse as guest judges.
