New Zealand white snapper sushi at Soto

After Soto sushi chef Sotohiro Kosugi found out that my favorite pasta at Basta Pasta is the tobiko/shiso spaghetti, he started preparing more sushi with shiso for me. Including this delicious white snapper from New Zealand.
