This is my favorite Moby album, and I say this with the realization that it made Moby the poster boy for sellout. Okay, every song appeared on probably every television commercial known to mankind. But, man, is this a great album! Look past the overkill promotion and marketing, and you will see an innovative album. Think about it — no electronic album before it used decades-old samples of gospel and blues tracks. He was really thinking out of the box. So just because his greatest triumph also resulted in an epic backlash, don’t let that prevent you from making it a part of your collection.
