Since my write-up on cleaning in the last issue, I have been hooked on these silver dish-washing sponges. Not only are they aesthetically stunning, they are highly efficient. The slim RSVP pad is easy to hold and, thus, easy to use. Plus, the grease just slides right off ($1.98 at GR Scrub). The Clipper Mill scouring pads come in several sizes. All are made of nylon and good for nonstick cookware and glass. The “Silver Scrubbie Mini,” so sleek and compact (3” x 1” x 2.5”), fits right in the palm of your hand (99¢ at Home Rule). My kitchen sink has never been so impeccably color-coordinated and tidy!
