Benoit Tarlant, winemaker of Champagne Tarlant in Oeuilly, keeps a very informative and passionate blog on all things fizz. The only catch: it’s in French!

For those of you living in or visiting Shanghai, you can now find Benoit’s wines at Globus Wine. They carry a wide selection of the Tarlant champagnes, including one of my favorite brut zeros and also the pink version, Rosé Zéro. Mark my words, you’ll be seeing more brut zero style rosé champagnes in the near future!
