The warm, spicy tomato and habanero salsa comes with tortilla chips at Mexicana Mama Centro. When I sent my guacamole back because it wasn’t spicy enough, the kitchen decided to challenge me with the habanero salsa. It’s wonderfully hot, so I needed lots of water to counter. But I thrive on the kind of spiciness that makes me cry. A masochist? Maybe, but this salsa truly satisfies.
