One of my favorite low-key, good fare, neighborhood joints, Piadina, serves a consistently good tagliatelle al ragu. I can’t think of many meat sauces that I am that fond of in the City, but I know I can always count on Piadina. The food and atmosphere are both casual. While they don’t deliver, I don’t mind walking a couple of blocks to pick up my ragu.
