Got an expense account? Then head on over to Midtown for a treat at Kuruma Zushi. The fish is fresh and the sushi very good, but beware if you don’t set a budget for the sushi chef. It’s a misnomer that you need to pay an outrageous amount to eat well, since even if you set a limit at $30-$40, the chef will be able to serve you a very decent meal with some of the freshest selections.
