The mac & cheese at Westville is on the runnier side, and the focus is less on cheese than on the cream. I like it because, while mac & cheese can often turn out too dry and monotonous, the mac & cheese with bacon at Westville is flavorful and fun. I crave mac & cheese because it is comfort food, but I’m usually disappointed by what I’ve tried at places like Bubby’s and Chat ‘n’ Chew. Westville leaves me wanting more next week.
