“Pan” in Japanese means “bread,” taken from the French word for bread. Curry pan is a staple in Japanese bakeries. At Panya, there are two types of curry pan: spicy and regular. While I love spice, the spicy version is almost too much for a breakfast roll. But the regular version has just the right amount of kick to start the day right.
