This coconut shake with shredded coconut is such a nice refreshing drink. It’s not too sweet and not too thick, as milkshakes tend to be. It goes down smooth and can also be a perfect dessert. It’s the ideal antidote to a hot summer day. Don’t forget to grab an arepa too!
