Pichet Ong’s chèvre cheesecake croquette is really quite adorable. I love the name and the concept. It’s not really a croquette in the traditional sense, but the smooth creamy chèvre cheesecake is encrusted in walnut cookie crumbs. The cheesecake is so delicate that I thought it was ice cream. Diced pineapple compote and decorative chocolate-coffee fudge accompany, but honestly the cheesecake croquette is so fantastic on it’s own, the sidekicks are very forgettable.
