Fresh Vegetables at Taipei Markets
When it comes to food, I miss the fruits and vegetables in Taiwan the most. When I took this photo at my neighborhood open air market, the vegetable seller asked me, “They don’t have vegetables like this over there?” And I replied, “Not this much variety and not nearly as fresh.”
